The partner of Samantha Who? actress Christina Applegate has been found dead in his Hollywood home. Photographer Lee Grivas, 26, who dated the Hollywood starlet off and on for over two years, was discovered by a neighbour in his Los Angeles home on Tuesday. Applegate, an Emmy Award-winning actress, released a statement expressing that she was “profoundly saddened” by the loss of her partner.

“Lee was an incredible human being who was an extremely important and beautiful part of my life. “He is missed beyond words. He touched so many and I feel much sadness for his mother, brother and all of his family and friends,” Applegate, 36, said. Absent from her comments, however, were any mention of Grivas’s alleged drug problems, which may have ultimately led to his death.

Marvin, Wendy, Wonderdog and the Wonder Twins all drive me nuts. I haven’t and don’t enjoy having them as part of the Super Friends group. I watch the Justice League, Super Friends, Batman, Superman, etc etc.

I enjoy all of the old and all of the new updated versions but Marvin, Wendy, Wonderdog and the Wonder Twins always make me groan. And, I still watch Scooby Doo, the originals and the updated versions. There is a great debate about whether or not Scooby jumped the shark when Scrappy Doo was added. These programs, in one form or another, have been around for a very long time, so older viewers may have differing opinions than younger viewers.

Still no answer, beyond mocking someone’s personal appearance anonymously. What had he to be embarrassed about if Mitchell made a false statement? I ask as a non-Libertas supporter? Answer? Out of interest, where can I find the rules for their immunity? I can’t seem to find them using google, aside from “same as their national parliamentarians”. I don’t have a reference, but EP members, the same as national Parliament members, have immunity for things said inside the debating chamber, not outside. I’d love to know what the Libertas ‘blunder’ was.

Oireachtas members have immunity on issues outside the chamber. They have had since 1922. Economic Left/Right:-4.88 Social Libertarian/Authoritarian:-5.59 INFP -”Questor”. High capacity 4 caring. Emotional face 2 world.

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — A biographer for country music superstar Eddy Arnold says the singer has died at the age of 89. Belmont University Professor Don Cusic says Arnold died at a care facility near Nashville Thursday morning. Arnold was just days short of his 90th birthday.

Arnold’s mellow baritone on songs like “Make the World Go Away” — a crossover hit on the pop charts in 1965 — made him one of the most successful country singers in history. Advertisement He became a pioneer of “The Nashville Sound,” also called “countrypolitan,” a mixture of country and pop styles. He was elected to the Country Music Hall of Fame in 1966. The following year he was the first person to receive the entertainer of the year award from the Country Music Association.

“The president after all this time, seven-plus years (in office), you would think that he is not King George. He’s President George. And he should work with us,” Reid, D-Nev., said at a news conference. Last year, Democrats succeeded in adding $17 billion in domestic spending to Bush’s request, disappointing conservatives who thought Bush should have adopted a tougher line.

Bush played a stronger hand late in the year as Democrats, for the most part, stuck to his bottom-line budget demands when passing a catchall spending bill funding domestic agency budgets for the current fiscal year. “We will once again take good care of our troops. But we must also invest in our own economy and take care of our people here at home,” committee Chairman said in his own set of prepared remarks.
